The reality
For many people, navigating healthcare in North America can be frustrating and isolating. Long wait times, limited access to specialists, referral loops and inconsistent quality of care often lead to delayed or misdiagnoses, loss of hope and loss of control over your health.
Finding quality care should not be this difficult. We make health care accessible beyond geographic and systematic boundaries. We connect people in North America to high-quality, timely health care through private and global options— offering alternative healthcare solutions when traditional health care systems fall short.

Inside Yāna

Yāna is a Sanskrit word with a range of meanings including journey, path and movement. Rooted from our own experiences with the North American healthcare system, we created Yāna to help people reclaim control of their lives by accessing health care solutions that don’t ignore, mistreat or traumatize them.
Mariam Gill
Yāna was born from one of the scariest experiences of my life. Two years ago, my sister was critically ill, and our healthcare system had no answers. We were left waiting, terrified, and powerless. In desperation, we looked abroad. Within weeks, she received a clear diagnosis and surgical options from international specialists, travelled for surgery, and got a second chance at life. That experience changed me. I am building Yāna so patients and caregivers don’t face these moments alone. Yāna is about helping people access real options, trusted specialists, and clear paths forward when it matters most.
